Yes, we will set up your accounting file in our preferred accounting app Xero and show you how to use it during our kick-off call.

The regular check-ins will help ensure everything stays on track, saving you time in the long run.

Absolutely! The kick-off session is tailored to your level of experience. During our one-on-one session, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the software, ensuring you feel confident and capable. Plus, ongoing email support is available if you ever have questions.

During your regular check-ins, Stacy Luft will review your financial reports, answer any questions you have, and provide personalized advice. To get the most out of these sessions, it’s helpful to have your latest financial data ready and think about any specific questions or challenges you’d like to discuss.

Between your scheduled check-ins, you’ll have access to chat support for any quick questions or concerns that arise. Additionally, you’ll gain access to a library of educational resources and exclusive webinars to help you stay informed and proactive about your financial management.

No, your subscription to Xero is included in your package. We set up your account, your accounting file with chart of accounts for you. Prior to your kick-off call, we’ll send you an invitation to login to Xero to access your account.

Not in the Empower & Grow Program. This program is specifically tailored to using Xero so that we can support you best in the beginning of your business journey.

Yes, the “Empower & Grow” service is fully scalable. You can easily adjust the frequency of your check-ins or add customized financial planning services as your business evolves. We’re here to support your growth every step of the way. 

Want us to take over the bookkeeping for you? We can do that too. That’s what makes Empower & Grow perfect for a growing business. We start you where you are, on a platform that will grow with you. No need to change accounting programs when you want us to do it for you.

We’ll be sad to see you go, however, in the case that you want to stop working with us, we transfer your Xero subscription to you.

This means, you will start to pay for your Xero subscription and stop paying us for your Empower & Grow plan. You will lose access to the Financial Leadership Collective and all the benefits of support from us.

As long as you continue your Xero subscription, you will not lose access to your books.
